absolutely terrible experience! the room was NASTY with dirt everywhere, I even found a pee stain on the mattress pad! And I expected a couch as promised, but no. Just a''sorry, talk to her'' from the morning manager. I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't let those things slide!

The hotel was conveniently located near Serenity Valley Winery, which was a lovely spot for a family outing. Our stay was comfortable, especially for my elderly parents, who appreciated the clean common areas and easy access around the property.

My kids wished for more dining options.

Unpleasant stay, dirty sheets and pool, but staff friendly and helpful.

So we only stayed one night in a King Room, Non-Smoking. The place wasn’t super clean. found beer caps under the chair and the shower had a half-used bar of soap. The bed felt like sleeping on plywood, really firm. The sheets looked questionable too. Oh, and the pool was closed, which they didn't even mention when we asked. Honestly, just a basic place to crash, and definitely needs some TLC.

the quality inn was surprisingly close to denver, making it easy to get around. i appreciated the free wi-fi which helped me stay connected while traveling. also, the indoor swimming pool was a nice surprise, providing a relaxing spot after a long day.
